Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for UP Health System-Marquette in Marquette, MI. Join a dedicated NICU team in a 21-bed Level III unit, delivering advanced newborn care and coordinating transfers.

You will work 6am-6pm in the facility and 6pm-6am on-call, with a seven-day service cycle from Sunday to Sunday. Cerner EMR is used for documentation, and a competitive salary plus relocation support may be offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Neonatal NP or equivalent.
• Experience in NICU newborn care and neonatal transport.
• Cerner EMR proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal NP care in a 21-bed Level III NICU.
• Take first call and participate in the neonatal transport team.
• Work a 7-day on-service cycle (Sunday to Sunday).
• Document using Cerner EMR and maintain census awareness (8–12).
