PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA seeks a Full-Time RN for the Level II Special Care Nursery (0.90 FTE, nights). Pay range $45.78-$82.98 per hour, with potential signing bonus/relocation assistance.

Join a dedicated team delivering expert neonatal care to newborns and families. You will assess and care for neonates, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and participate in quality initiatives.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Minimum one year of acute care neonatal nursing experience or
• Six months of experience in a Level III NICU or higher.
• Demonstrated competence in neonatal care.
• BLS certification upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal patient care.
• Monitor and support newborns requiring specialized observation and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and care teams.
• Educate and support parents during a critical and emotional time.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the EHR.
• Delegate and coordinate care among team members.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Maintain professional growth through continuing education and competency development.
• Cross-train within Postpartum and Pediatric services to support family-centered care.
