Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in the NICU and newborn nursery, delivering high-quality care to newborns and families. The role includes attending deliveries, managing day-to-day NICU duties, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure and NNP certification in state of practice.
- Experience as an NNP or equivalent in neonatal setting.
- NRP and PALS certifications.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Attend deliveries and manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary rounds for team-based neonatal care.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed.
- Educate and counsel parents about the newborn's condition and care plan.
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on neonatal care trends through continuing education.
