Job summary

Pediatrix in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care across Level III–IV NICUs and Level II Special Care Nurseries. Flexible 12- and 24-hour shifts will be part of your role, along with collaboration with neonatologists for patient management.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification in neonatology.
• Minimum master’s degree.
• New graduate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across LevelIII–IV NICUs and LevelII Special Care Nurseries.
• Work flexible 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts.
• Collaborate with neonatologists for deliveries and NICU care.
• Partner with in‑house neonatology for patient management.
• Cover LevelII units 24/7 as an in‑house NNP.
• No transport duties.
