Jobot is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Texas to join our NICU team. The role delivers direct neonatal care, participates in rounds, and supports families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN licensure and state Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification.
• NNP certification in neonatal care and state licensure.
• NRP and PALS certifications.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills for high-stress settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary rounds to provide team-based care.
• Ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and family conferences.
• Utilize HFOV/HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia as indicated.
• Coordinate neonatal resuscitation and stabilization procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety in all activities.
