Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification in state of practice.
- Minimum experience as an NNP or equivalent neonatal setting.
- Excellent clinical and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Attend deliveries and manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
- Collaborate during multi-disciplinary rounds for team-based care.
- Utilize HFOV/HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia as needed.
- Provide parental education and counseling.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
