Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NNP specialization or eligible.
• Colorado APRN license or eligibility.
• Ability to work 24-hour in-house or hybrid shifts.
• Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and consultative neonatal care, especially in the NICU.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians.
• Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns.
• Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants.
