Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. operates a premier Level III NICU in the Charlotte area, seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will join a tight-knit team of neonatologists and NNPs to deliver high-quality newborn care in a family-centered environment.

The position requires an NP with advanced neonatal credentials, NC APRN licensure, and 2+ years of experience, with a sign-on bonus and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing required.
• APRN National Specialty Certification – Board Certified NNP required.
• Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience.
• Active NC APRN license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA license required before start.
• Recent NPDB Self Query (within 30 days active) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Level III NICU alongside neonatologists.
• Assist with coverage in the newborn nursery.
• Support 20 hours/day of shift coverage and on-call night coverage.
