• Serve on Level II and III NICUs, partnering for ongoing per‑diem coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies.

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $65 – $87/hr based on years of experience.

• Paid Sick Leave: Eligible for Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL) under Initiative 1433. Sick leave cannot be used until 90 days of employment; unused leave is not paid upon termination.
