Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Halifax Medical Center NICU in Daytona Beach, Florida. This Level-III unit provides 24/7 NNP coverage with on-site support from MFM and OB hospitalists, and handles an active case mix with hundreds of annual deliveries.

The successful candidate will contribute to evidence-based neonatal initiatives, participate in statewide collaboratives, and support the newborn nursery team.

Competenze

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
• FL license required.
• Certified NNP with recent post graduate experience required.

Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group has an opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

• This Level-III unithas an average daily census of 8-10 and approximately 2,000 annual deliveries
• In addition to 24/7 NNP coverage, there is MFM and OB hospitalist on-site support as well
• Halifax Medical Center is involved in VON and Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative Initiatives
• Join our NICU and newborn nursery team quality and evidence-based neonatal initiatives

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
• FL license required
• Certified NNP with recent post graduate experience required
