Parkland Health in Dallas seeks a Senior Registered Nurse for the Newborn Nursery to provide high-quality neonatal care during part-time night shifts. You will assess newborns, coordinate with the care team, and educate families to support healthy transitions after birth.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, a current Texas RN license (or valid compact), and certifications in BLS and NRP. You may rotate as Charge Nurse and mentor newer staff.

Formación

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have current RN license in Texas or valid compact license.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers and NRP certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for newborns in the Newborn Nursery per hospital protocols.
• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and educate families.
• Assist as Charge Nurse on rotation and preceptor as needed.
