Job summary

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, seeks outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our growing practice, serving multiple Level II and III NICUs across Houston.

New graduates are welcome with a comprehensive orientation. NNPs provide 24-hour in-house coverage at most sites, rotating through hospitals as needed, and collaborate closely with neonatologists and subspecialists for comprehensive care. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master's degree.
• Ability to work in a team across multiple NICUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal intensive care from delivery to discharge in Level II/III NICUs.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists to develop care plans.
• Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
