Job summary

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, affiliated with Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our NICU team at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe.

The NNP will provide 24/7 coverage with on-call neonatologists, care for NICU and well-newborn patients, and enjoy a collaborative environment with strong APRN leadership and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide NICU and well-newborn care as part of 24/7 coverage.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and APRNs in care planning.
• Participate in leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Flexible 24- or 72-hour shifts; on-call at night.
