Job summary

Jobot in Odessa, TX is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a network of NICU care across facilities. The NNP will provide specialized newborn care, participate in deliveries, and support families with education and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification in state of practice.
• NRP and PALS certifications preferred (or current).

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary rounds for NICU care.
• Perform ventilator management and neonatal resuscitation as needed.
• Provide family education and counseling.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
