Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our network of NICU teams. This permanent position focuses on newborn and high-risk neonatal care across multiple locations in Texas, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for clinical research.

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
Excellent clinical skills with patient-centered care.
Experience in clinical research.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature or ill infants.
Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and nurses for coordinated care.
Conduct clinical research in neonatal medicine.
Educate families about their newborn’s condition and care needs.
Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
