Qualifications

• Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in CT/NY.
• NRP certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Nursery and labor/delivery knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates and manages treatment plans for newborns in nursery.
• Care for newborns from birth to discharge and identify illnesses timely.
• Deliver care with preceptor guidance, participate in neonatal resuscitation as needed.
• Coordinate with on-call physicians and health care team for patient management.
