The selected provider will practice under supervision of a Neonatologist in a 25-bed level IIIB NICU, delivering high-quality care for critically ill newborns and their families.

The role emphasizes leadership in high-risk deliveries, daily rounds, essential procedures, discharge planning, and family communication.

Qualifications

• NICU-specific training required for NP or PA.
• Experience in neonatal care and leadership in high-risk deliveries.
• Ability to teach residents and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-risk deliveries and admissions in a 25-bed NICU.
• Perform neonatal procedures and daily rounds.
• Communicate with families and plan discharge.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, residents and students; participate in teaching and quality improvement.
