Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Denver, CO to join our Level IV NICU team. You will work with neonatologists to deliver high‑level care to critically ill and premature infants, supporting high‑risk deliveries and NICU rounds.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in nursing with NNP certification and an APRN license (CO or in progress). The role is 1.0 FTE (2,080 hours) with a strong sign‑on and relocation package, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing with NNP specialty certification.
• Active APRN license in Colorado (or in progress).
• Comfortable working 24-hour in-house shifts.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and consultative care in our Level IV NICU.
• Attend high-risk deliveries alongside 24 hour in-house coverage.
• Support complex respiratory, surgical, and subspecialty neonatal cases.
• Participate in neonatal transport and perinatal outreach efforts.
