Job summary

Pediatrix is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Denver-based team at the HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Medical Center. This role involves providing primary and consultative care in the NICU, managing admissions for ill newborns, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Salary ranges from $130K to $182K annually, based on experience, with a competitive sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required, with NNP specialization or eligibility.
• Active Colorado APRN license necessary or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in Level II/III NICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and consultative neonatal care.
• Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill newborns.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians.
