Job summary

Qualifications
- BLS Provider within 30 days of hire is required
- Respiratory Care Practitioner credential from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee required
- NBRC Registered credential required within 12 months of hire
- Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/ARC)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/ARC)
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored respiratory care plans for fragile neonatal patients
- Deliver and monitor neonatal respiratory modalities and equipment
- Evaluate and optimize clinical outcomes and treatment protocols
- Educate and support parents and families
- Respond as part of the high-risk emergency resuscitation team during codes
