Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is recruiting an experienced RN for a 12-week Pool Plus PRN position in the Neonatal ICU. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program
• RN licensure in TN (or compact state) upon hire
• CPR and BLS required upon hire
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to medical regime and standards.
• Perform assessments and care planning based on patient needs and physician diagnoses.
• Document assess­ments, nursing diagnoses, and care interventions.
• Initiate patient teaching, discharge planning, and age-specific care.
• Administer medications (IM, IV, SQ, PO) and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain clinical competency and safety in the unit.
• Collaborate with family and staff to ensure quality patient care.
