Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Neonatal ICU to provide professional nursing care to neonates and other patients. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure in TN, BCLS, CPR certifications, and a minimum of two years of RN experience; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an approved nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in TN, compact state licensure accepted.
• BCLS, Heartsaver First Aid CPR/AED CPR required.
• Additional licenses/certifications may be required by assignment.
• Minimum 2 years' recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to neonates and other patients per standards.
• Perform assessments, plan and implement nursing care, document findings.
• Administer medications via IM, IV, SQ, or PO as ordered.
• Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the team.
• Educate patients and families, assist with discharge planning.
• Maintain records, ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Supervise and orient new staff and students as needed.
