Qualificações

• BSN and professional nursing board certification preferred at time of hire.
• All nurses hired after April 30, 2014 without a BSN will be required to obtain a BSN within three years of hire.
• All nurses hired after June 30, 2011 without a professional nursing board certification will be required to obtain a professional nursing board certification after two years of hire or at the certification eligibility date for those certifications requiring more than two years of experience.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN license in the State of Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patient's alterations in health and assess responses to health problems.
• Implement nursing interventions based on nursing theories and evaluate effectiveness.
• Involve patient and family in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation when possible.
• Supervise/direct care provided by LPNs and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel.
• Assign/delegate care to other qualified health team members and coordinate care across disciplines.
• Contribute to a positive unit-based work environment and uphold patient advocacy and collaboration.
