Nicklaushealth is seeking a dedicated Neonatal ICU nurse to assess, plan, implement, and supervise patient care on a dedicated nursing unit in Florida. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, document care plans, and ensure adherence to patient rights and hospital policies.

The role requires a BSN or current enrollment, Florida RN licensure or eNLC, and active BLS/NRP with within-1-year recertification. Critical care competency is expected within 6 months of hire.

Formación

• RN license in Florida or eNLC in good standing
• Active BLS in good standing throughout employment
• NRP must be current within 1 year of hire
• Competency assessment tool to be completed within 6 months for a Critical Care setting

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to neonates including basic tasks (feeding, bathing, diapering) and IV start when needed
• Communicate patient progress and changes in condition to physician and care team
• Plan, implement, and document care plans with other disciplines
• Complete nursing assessments and timely documentation in the EHR
• Conduct shift-change bedside report and patient education for families
