Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour nursing operations for the assigned unit and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support and develop staff through mentorship and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to align care with clinical standards and patient needs.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership on staffing, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives.
