Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.

• Current North Carolina RN license or valid compact RN license.
• BLS certification required; professional specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational workflow.
• Collaborate with Neuro ICU team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
