Job summary

GBMC HealthCare in Baltimore, MD seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under general supervision. This role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, Maryland RN licensure, CPR, and at least one year of RN experience.

You will develop and implement nursing plans, administer meds and IV therapies, document care, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment and smooth post-discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from accredited school.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) biennial.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP or equivalent required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient teaching.
