Job summary

Experis is seeking a Performance Test Lead in Plano, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) to join the Performance Testing and Application Development department. The ideal candidate will design and execute performance tests for complex applications and lead data creation for load testing.

You will collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability, using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Dynatrace.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or related roles.
• Proficiency with LoadRunner, JMeter, and VUGen 9.5 or higher.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with web protocols including HTTP and Citrix.
• Ability to monitor and analyze performance with tools like Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, and Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test plans for complex applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed test cases and performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute various load and performance testing scenarios, including load, failover, and aging tests.
• Lead data creation activities for load testing and analyze performance bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
• Work closely with development, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application performance.
