Job summary

MTC is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in Southern Nevada, based in Henderson. The Transporter Administrator will transport patients and simultaneously support dispatch, operations leadership, and office staff, gaining insight into the larger NEMT operation beyond vehicle duties.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid Nevada driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

Transport patients between residences and medical facilities.
Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles, including mobility aids.
Secure passengers and equipment according to safety protocols.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Complete trip documentation, logs, and electronic reporting accurately and on time.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
