Job summary

MTC is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation in Southern Nevada, based in Henderson. We seek reliable Transporters to operate company vehicles, assist passengers, and coordinate with dispatch to keep trips on schedule.

Ideal candidates are independent, people-oriented, and committed to safety. CPR or ability to obtain, valid NV license, and willingness to work flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record per company standards (no major violations).
• Ability to safely operate large vehicles for extended periods.
• Ability to lift/move up to 125+ pounds with/without assistance.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• DOT physical, drug screening, and background check required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers between residences, healthcare facilities, and other destinations in Henderson and surrounding areas.
• Use navigation and dispatch tools to ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing.
• Communicate trip status, delays, and updates to dispatch.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting vehicles using proper techniques and equipment.
• Secure passengers and equipment per safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Complete trip logs and reporting accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Provide professional, respectful service to diverse populations.
• Report incidents or concerns promptly to dispatch or management.
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
