Job summary

Transportation Management Group (TMG) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Nevada footprint and new markets. This hunter role focuses on winning new business, growing key accounts, and defending market share with hospitals, LTACs, SNFs, hospice providers, and other health-care partners.

You’ll own territory, drive a robust pipeline, coordinate with operations, and report to the Business Development Executive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven success in sales, business development, or account growth; healthcare, transportation, or logistics experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, LTACs, SNFs, hospice providers, and other healthcare partners.
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound activity, on-site visits, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Clearly communicate TMG’s service capabilities, strengths, and advantages.
