Southeastrans, Inc. is seeking an Operations Director to lead Non-Emergency Medical Transportation operations in Wisconsin, with full authority over resources, staff, and day-to-day decisions.

The role ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while maintaining uninterrupted service to members. The candidate will drive operational excellence across call centers, provider networks, compliance, and IT systems, coordinating with state agencies and stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent with progressive responsibilities.
• 3+ years’ experience in executive or operational management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contracts.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and oversee all NEMT operational functions including reservations, dispatch, transportation, provider network management, and call center activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and performance standards tied to contractual requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, reporting needs, quality standards, and tracking measures across the contract.
• Establish monitoring systems using dashboards and data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide executive oversight of provider networks and collaborate with Provider Relations to address capacity and performance concerns.
• Maintain resource management authority over staffing, technology, vendors, and infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Oversee deployment of operational tech platforms and reporting tools supporting delivery and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and develop management staff, with succession planning for key roles.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Serve as primary liaison with state agencies, contractors, providers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Lead operational reviews, risk management, and escalation processes to drive performance and accountability.
