Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in dispatch, call center, or high-volume customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch-related software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, messages, and emails.
• Coordinate communications between clients, facilities, Transporters, and teams.
• Monitor dispatch systems and GPS for trip progress and service efficiency.
• Document trip details and updates accurately.
• Escalate coverage gaps and delays as needed.
• Maintain professionalism in high-volume environments.
