Job summary

Transportation Management Group (TMG) seeks a Communications Specialist to coordinate non-emergency transportation services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate dispatch and exceptional customer service.

You will interfaces with clients, healthcare facilities, Transporters, and internal teams to manage reservations, monitor trips, and resolve issues while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years in dispatch, call center, or high-volume customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Knowledge of the Las Vegas metro area preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound calls, messages, emails, and other communications.
Coordinate dispatch decisions using knowledge of the Las Vegas area.
Monitor dispatch systems and GPS tracking for efficiency.
