Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, nonprofit management, project management or related field.
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in program implementation, project management or business development.
  • PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports design, implementation and oversight of NeMAC program with timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinates communication among departments, instructors, employers, and partners involved in project delivery.
  • Tracks participant data and prepares reports for leadership and funding entities.
  • Onboards participants and maintains ongoing communication about expectations and next steps.
  • Manages program budget, contracts, purchasing, and resource planning.
  • Represents the program in activities advancing its goals and maintains project documentation.
