Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to support the NSM in setting up and maintaining a successful sales area. You will greet prospects, present homes, and ensure materials are accurate and up to date. You will guide buyers through the process, answering questions about progress and financing.

You will coordinate events with marketing, input listings to MLS and company site, and help keep the neighborhood attractive while driving toward sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist NSM in setting up the sales office for success and stocking materials.
• Audit marketing materials and website details to ensure accuracy.
• Guide buyers through the process, answer questions about progress and loans.
• Coordinate events with corporate marketing and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
• Help maintain a stellar neighborhood presentation and reach sales goals.
