Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in a hands-on, customer-facing role. Your day starts in the model home or sales office, greeting prospects, scheduling appointments, and learning what matters most to buyers while showing available homes.

You will coordinate marketing materials, update listings on StanleyMartin.com and MLS, and ensure resources and contracts are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Learn what is important to customers in their home search and show available homes.
• Assist with stocking brochure material and auditing marketing materials and website details.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers about home progress, loan information, and buying process.
• Support marketing announcements and submit listing information for StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
• Help ensure the neighborhood looks great and meet sales goals.
