Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes, LLC is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up and running the sales office. You will greet prospects, schedule and assist appointments, present home features, and help buyers navigate the process.

You will manage brochures, verify marketing materials, update listings on StanleyMartin.com and MLS, and report weekly on progress.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and a proactive approach to helping homebuyers.
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills are critical.
• Detail-oriented and organized to audit materials and track prospect outreach.
• Comfortable learning new technology and using multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule/assist appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Learn what is important to buyers and show available homes.
• Stock and organize brochures; audit marketing materials and listings for accuracy.
• Assist with listing information on StanleyMartin.com and MLS; support marketing events.
• Maintain right-size customer follow-up weekly and help buyers through the process.
