Stanley Martin Homes in Parrish, FL, seeks an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager. Your day starts at 9–10am in the model home or sales office, serving as the NSM's right hand to set up the sales office for success and greet prospects.

You will show homes, collect preferences, assemble brochures, audit materials, and guide buyers through the process, while coordinating with marketing on events and updates to listings on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Learn client needs and show available homes to visitors.
• Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up the sales office and materials.
• Audit marketing materials and listings for accuracy across StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to announce events and neighborhood happenings.
• Support buyers through the homebuying process and respond to questions about loan information.
