Liberty Healthcare Corporation Career Center is seeking personnel for a temporary project focused on Level of Needs (LON) assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role combines remote work from a home office with occasional in-person meetings with families, guardians, and caregivers in the local region.
Training on the LON assessment is provided, along with the opportunity to secure permanent long-term employment.
This is a temporary position which will support a time-limited project commencing in mid-October and continuing for approximately two to five months.
Applicants must be willing to fully commit the entire duration of the project.
A Level of Need (LON) assessment serves as a cornerstone in providing personalized care for individuals who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This assessment helps identify the amount, type, and intensity of support needed across various domains of daily living - and is crucial for ensuring that care services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, promoting their independence and quality of life.
You will primarily work remotely from your home office and occasionally be required to travel to in-person meetings in the local region - including Boise, Ada County and the surrounding counties.
