Liberty Healthcare is seeking a Level of Needs Assessor for a temporary, time-limited project beginning in mid-October and lasting approximately two to five months. The role is primarily remote from your home office, with occasional in-person meetings in the local region, including Coeur d'Alene and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on the Level of Needs (LON) assessment
• Administer LON assessments to individuals living with developmental disabilities
• Meet primarily by video and occasionally in-person with people and their families, guardians and caregivers
• Complete structured forms and reports within established timeframes
