Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative for Lincoln, Logan, McPherson, Arthur, Keith, and Perkins counties in Nebraska. You will serve as the main ambassador, building strong relationships with growers while representing the Stine brand and products across the territory.

You will manage existing accounts and recruit new ones, leveraging agronomic knowledge to drive sales. Collaboration with regional agronomists and support teams helps you meet goals and grow

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and strong negotiating skills.
• Experience in dealer development and retention.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory.
• Manage existing accounts & recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals for the district.
• Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the territory.
• Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers, either personally or through a designated seller.
