Job summary

Bulldog Roofing in Omaha, NE is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our Nebraska sales team and grow the market. You’ll coach field reps, manage pipeline in AccuLynx, foster relationships with insurers, realtors, and builders, and partner with Marketing to optimize leads.

This active leadership role includes travel, storm-response support, and a strong compensation package with base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably outside sales in home improvement or related field.
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field with reps/customers.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Nebraska sales team to achieve revenue and gross-profit goals.
• Set clear expectations and coach through pipeline reviews and field training.
• Manage pipeline and CRM workflows for accurate forecasting.
• Develop relationships with insurance agents, realtors, builders, and businesses.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and ramp new sales reps.
• Support storm-response, territory deployment, and lead allocation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to maximize leads and speed-to-lead.
• Ensure smooth handoffs with Production and Customer Service.
