Job summary

You will oversee service daily operations, manage technicians and field staff, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting repair proposals and service sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial roofing service operations.
• Understanding of service, maintenance, leak response and repair work.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, dispatching, and oversight.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Commercial construction or reroofing experience is a plus; focus on service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service and maintenance operations for commercial roofing customers.
• Manage and support Service Technicians, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare repair proposals and support service sales growth.
• Monitor job profitability, productivity, and operational performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
