Blue Origin seeks a Shift Lead – NDT Operations to guide NDT activities on C and D shifts, ensuring safe, efficient inspection execution and alignment with production priorities. You will lead personnel, coordinate resources, and maintain accurate records while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, NDT process knowledge, and the ability to communicate across shifts, ensuring operational continuity beyond regular hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NDT operations in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, work instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to manage off-shift operations and ensure continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee NDT operations across C and D shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, workload, and priorities to meet production needs.
• Coach and support NDT personnel; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and production documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs to ensure seamless shift transitions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and sustain flow.
