Siemens Energy in Florida is seeking an ASNT Level III NDI/NDE Manager to serve as the technical authority and program owner for nondestructive examination across the site, overseeing VT, PT, RT, UT methods for nickel-based superalloy blade and vane castings.

You will lead NDI governance, personnel competency, and enterprise harmonization while mentoring inspectors and ensuring ISO 9001 and NAS 410 compliance across high-consequence manufacturing.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level III certification in RT, PT, VT, UT required.
• 8+ years in NDI/NDT, with leadership of high-consequence manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and NAS 410 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for NDI methods and procedures.
• Lead qualification and validation of NDI equipment.
• Oversee personnel certification and competency management.
• Mentor NDI inspectors and harmonize practices across sites.
• Collaborate with engineering to support new product introductions.
