Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an ASNT NDT Level III professional to lead the nondestructive examination program at a high‑integrity investment casting facility. You will govern RT/PT/VT/UT and advanced NDI methods, ensuring inspection standards and product integrity.

You will mentor NDI staff, qualify equipment, and drive continuous improvement across Siemens Energy’s NDI practices, aligning with ISO 9001 and NAS 410 requirements.

Qualifications

Extensive NDT/NDE leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
ASNT NDT Level III certification (RT/PT/VT/UT) required.
Experience with ISO 9001 and NAS 410/EN 4179 standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical authority for RT, PT, VT, UT and advanced NDI methods and govern procedures.
Provide technical dispositions for non-conforming materials to ensure product integrity.
Lead qualification and validation of NDI equipment, including digital radiography systems.
Oversee competency management and certification of NDI personnel per ASNT SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410.
Mentor NDI inspectors to ensure consistent application of standards.
Collaborate across Siemens Energy to harmonize NDI requirements and support NPI initiatives.
