Job summary

HiFyve in Watertown, WI is seeking an entry-path NDT I Processor to join the Nadcap-accredited NDT department on 2nd or 3rd shifts. Training will occur on the job to achieve Level I certification within six months.

Expect to work with liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing, inspect per procedures, and handle castings with some heavy lifting. The role offers full-time, direct-hire status with competitive hourly pay based on experience and benefits including health, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand written inspection procedures.
• Must complete and pass Level I certification per SNT-TC-1A and MIL-STD-410 within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform liquid penetrant operations, including dipping and processing castings.
• Perform magnetic particle operations, including pre-cleaning, post-cleaning and demagnetizing castings.
• Inspect using written procedures.
• Move castings and product to and from the testing operations.
