HiFyve in Watertown, WI is seeking an entry-path NDT I Processor to join the Nadcap-accredited NDT department on 2nd or 3rd shifts. Training will occur on the job to achieve Level I certification within six months.

NDT I PROCESSOR (PENETRANT / MAGNETIC PARTICLE) – 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT

Watertown, WI (between Milwaukee and Madison) | Full-time, direct hire

Schedule: 2nd Shift 1p-9p or 3rd Shift 9p-5a, Sunday night through Friday morning | start times have some flexibility

Pay: $24.75 to $37.00/hour depending on experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A precision investment casting manufacturer serving aerospace, defense and energy customers is adding NDT Level I processors to its Nadcap-accredited NDT department. This is an entry path into nondestructive testing: you will be trained and certified to Level I on the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform liquid penetrant operations, including dipping and processing castings according to established procedures

• Perform magnetic particle operations, including pre-cleaning, post-cleaning and demagnetizing castings

• Inspect using written procedures

• Move castings and product to and from the testing operations

WHAT YOU NEED
