Job summary

MetalTek International in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified NDT Processor to perform liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing on castings, following established procedures and safety rules. The role requires handling castings and moving them between processing and testing stations.

Candidates must be high school graduates and be able to read inspection procedures; certification per SNT-TC-1A Level 1 and MIL-STD-410 Level 1 must be achieved within six months, with heavy lifting involved.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and able to read written inspection procedures.
• Must pass SNT-TC-1A Level 1 and MIL-STD-410 Level 1 certification within 6 months.
• Experience with liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing operations.
• Move castings and products to testing areas as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform liquid penetrant operations including dipping and processing castings.
• Perform magnetic particle operations including precleaning, post cleaning and demagnetizing.
• Move castings and product to and from testing operations as required.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
